Welcome to yet another project! The owner bought this “casale” near Todi in 2017 and we’ve given it a lot of thought.

Umbria is often praised for its authentic look. Numerous villages and cities showcase ancient buildings but also all authentic farmhouses are built in stone just like extraordinary structures like watch towers or monasteries.

We realize that for hospitality businesses like restaurants, B&B’s, bars and boutique hotels their image is everything and is what needs to attract their guests.

This former mill was in need of a complete overhaul inside and out as well as some structural work.

Surrounded by rolling hills, golden fields and with a view of cypresses this property looks to be positioned in the middle of Tuscany.

The local name for a building of this type is “Torre colombaia”. These former farm properties always feature a tower, the “torre” and are real landmarks.

The location of this old farmhouse is very tranquil and central in Umbria. It features beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and even Perugia is visible in the distance.

For this project we started with a on a hilltop surrounded by vineyards. Our goal was to create a professional cantina and private residence combining traditional with contemporary.

The perfect solution for any buyer who want to enjoy a cappuccino or drink at the nearby village bar but enjoy countryside living at the same time.
