The building

The origins of the house are most likely a old tower, its footprint is  still clearly visible on the current floor plans. The house was built around it at a later stage, and all was done in local stone. It was then covered in plaster but  that can be removed to show off the natural walls should one desire to do so.  The house is especially charming because of its shape, not quite the usual rectangular block as well as the arched windows and arcades which are very nice.
