As any old farmhouse this home was built with stone from the exact site where it is standing. Over time parts were added on to which it now owes its unique appearance and original character. The ground floor consisted of stables of which certain features are still present. This part needs a full renovation to get to spaces with modern comfort. The traditional external staircase leads up to the first floor where the living quarters could be found. Here a thorough make-over is a necessity. The roof of the house has been replaced around 1995 but might benefit from an additional pack of insulation material.

The exact borders of the plot included in the sale will have to be determined with the seller. The land has to be cut out from a larger property. Most of the land is quite level which is very convenient. The land slopes towards the valley and view of the countryside and Umbertide.
