Welcome to our own little mercatino or market place. As part of our job we often search for special objects for the house we renovate. They can be anything from recuperated building materials to vintage furniture, antique objects like paintings, mirrors, vases or other items.
Sometimes we come across things we just can’t leave behind but for which we do not have a plan yet and we’ve decided to make them available for everyone. Stone church stoup
This hand chiseled stoup with two curls and a cross as decorations has most likely been recuperated from an old church. Part of it is meant to be bricked into the wall, leaving only the actual basin visible. It can be a beautiful feature, create an interesting contrast in a modern interior or enhance the solemn atmosphere in old homes. Its weight definitely requires a good solution for it’s placing, half measures will not do!

Wooden table with marble top
A very traditional table with a model familiar from the 50’s. Very often tables of this model were painted white, off-white or cream colored and this design was frequently used for kitchen tables as well. The marble top is beautiful and in delightful contrast with the warm honey color of the wood. This is an old table, some woodworm holes pockmark the wood but as it has been treated there is no danger of any living creatures still present!

Lorem Ipsum è un testo segnaposto utilizzato nel settore della tipografia e della stampa. Lorem Ipsum è considerato il testo segnaposto standard sin dal sedicesimo secolo, quando un anonimo tipografo prese una cassetta di caratteri e li assemblò per preparare un testo campione. È sopravvissuto non solo a più di cinque secoli, ma anche al passaggio alla videoimpaginazione, pervenendoci sostanzialmente inalterato. Fu reso popolare, negli anni ’60, con la diffusione dei fogli di caratteri trasferibili “Letraset”, che contenevano passaggi del Lorem Ipsum, e più recentemente da software di impaginazione come Aldus PageMaker, che includeva versioni del Lorem Ipsum.
